I can say this with 100% confidence because I initially did not go with Bella Rosa, and I had the worst experience ever.....
....I had the turf installed and the original installer did a horrible job. The nails were visible, the turf was laid facing the wrong way, it was wavy, the cuts were uneven, and the area was left messy. I was so upset and could not even look at my yard. It hurt so much knowing my family spent money that was completely wasted. I was embarrassed of my yard, I even cried! I called Travis and explained what occurred and he came back the same day to see what could be done.
Travis was empathetic and worked with me to salvage what we could of the materials. Not once did he make me feel bad of my choice. He offered ideas to help. He sent me an updated quote and within a week was able to get his team out to completely redo our turf install. Now our yard looks AMAZING! The difference between the quality of work is like night and day. I am so thrilled with our new turf and with Bella Rosa. Just today I was laying on the turf with the dogs and appreciating the stunning yard."
